Bellis Consulting Surveyors Ltd (DBCS) is a long established specialist provider of independent Coal Mining property searches under the CoalSearchPlus+ trade name. DBCS has produced and supplied hundreds of thousands of Coal Mining reports for conveyancers, developers and engineers over 4 decades. Reports are produced by experienced geologists using data licensed from the Coal Authority, British Geological Survey data and the extensive DBCS coal mining database. DBCS and CoalSearchPlus+ products have been search code accredited since 2009.
